I am passionate about helping individuals to overcome any challenges they face either at work or in their personal lives. I specialise in Performance Coaching and Health and Wellbeing coaching. My philosophy and approach to coaching is person-centered. I firmly believe that my coachees have the skills and the knowledge to overcome their obstacles and that my role is help support and guide them through this process. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) and Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC) techniques to help my coachees with any issues they face or to achieve any goals they have.
I have Certificate in coaching from the Centre for Coaching in London and I am an associate member of the Association for Coaching. I am also an affiliate member of the International Society for Coaching Psychologists. I am fully insured and follow the ISCP Code of Ethics (a link to the website can be found on the resources page).
I am also a Business Psychologist with Masters Degrees in both Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths University and Health Psychology from King's College London. My background is in Psychology, HR and academia. I am passionate about wellbeing in the workplace and have specialist knowledge in women's health at work. I have carried out research for the last three years in the area of women’s health and have published scientific articles in the topic of the menopause in the workplace and am currently researching the experiences of females with Premenstrual Syndrome and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder in the workplace. I also have experience in designing training programmes, presenting at conferences, and carrying out research projects.
I am a BPS qualified Psychometric Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality Testing (formerly known as Level A and B). I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Business Psychologists.
